Editor
- Editors have full authority to reject/accept an article.
- Editors protect the confidentiality of articles under review or publication.
- The Editor-in-Chief should decide the acceptance/rejection process of submitted articles together with other editors and referees.
- Editors must ensure the confidentiality of reviewers.
- Editors should maintain objectivity.
- Editors should investigate possible similarity and incorrect data problems in submitted articles and, if necessary, publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies.
- Editors should not restrict themselves to popular contents only.
- Editors should not disclose submitted article information to anyone other than the relevant author, referees, other editors and publisher.
- Unpublished materials described in an article submitted to the journal should not be used by the editor or members of the editorial board for their own research purposes without the express written permission of the author.
