Peer Review Process

• Referees should assist editors in making acceptance/rejection decisions of submitted articles.
• The referee/referees should maintain the confidentiality of the articles in the peer-review process and must not use the information obtained for personal gain.
• Referees should provide information in time that will be necessary in making the acceptance/rejection decision of the article sent by the editors.
• Referees' comments for each article should be specific, impartial, academic, technical and professional.
• Referees should not review articles in which they find any conflict of interest.
• Referees should disclose any conflict of interest and seek to avoid it.
• Referees should evaluate the article, which they accept, within one month.
